The project comes from 'I Am Legend' producer Akiva Goldsman and Marc Haimes.
The series is described as a dramatic adventure series, set to explore and celebrate the popular comic book, The Hollywood Reporter said.
'Teen Titans' will chronicle Dick Grayson, the leader of a group of young superheroes from all over the DC world, who join forces to fight evil.
Goldsman will serve as an executive producer on the project along with Haimes as a co-executive producer.
An official premiere date for the series has yet to be announced.
DC Comics announced plans to relaunch Teen Titans back in April.
