Four constables have been suspended for dereliction of duty in this matter.
The incident took place on Friday when a 15-year-old girl went missing from her village and her body was later found outside the village yesterday, they said.
An FIR has been registered on the complaint of victim's father against Imran, Sarvjeet Yadav and Ghanshyam Maurya for abducting, raping and killing his daughter.
He alleged that the three had tried to abduct his daughter earlier also but could not succeed.
Police have arrested one of the three accused, Sarvejeet Yadav last night and a manhunt has been launched to nab other two, who are absconding, he said.
