The Uniform was presented in the fashion show of the Make in Odisha Conclave here. Odisha Skill Development Authority Chairman Subrato Bagchi said trainees felt pride and happiness in the fashion show.
The Chief Executive Officer of OSDA Gopalan Rajesh said, " the uniform has been designed by National Institute of Fashion Technology ( NIFT). A total number of 12 uniforms have been designed out of which 6 are for boys and 6 are for girls."
The skill development trainees will have formal dress in Purple colour and sports dress in Blue colour with bold prints thereon.
They said the government has given dignity, recognition and pride to the skill trainees by introducing this uniform.
'Skilled in Odisha' would be a brand for them and they would keep it up through their determination and hard work, Bagchi said.
