"Sunil, 21, Manoj, 23 and Bittoo alias Victor, 22 -- all resident of village Joya of Ghaziabad district and involved in several cases of truck and car robberies in NCR region -- were arrested on specific inputs from Anand Vihar ISBT yesterday when they came to commit some crime," said Sanjay Kumar Jain, DCP Crime and Railways.
Police have recovered three country made pistols and six live cartridges and a motorcycle.
The Uttar Pradesh police had announced a reward of Rs 5,000 each for their arrest.
The gang members had abducted a Ghaziabad industrialisation August 3 and had been demanding a huge amount in ransom, the official said, adding they were changing their location to mislead the police.
The industrialist was released on August 16 after the ransom amount was paid to the abductors.
