Ramesh Poyam (30), Budhram Vadhda (22) and Somaru Poyam (40) surrendered before the police, Inspector General of Police (Bastar range) SRP Kalluri told PTI.
Ramesh and Budhram were involved in several incidents of major Maoist violence in the region, he added.
Associated with the movement since 1996, Ramesh was deputy commander of military company-6 of the Maoists, the IG said, while Budhram was a member of section-B under platoon-2 of the company, he said. Both were carrying a reward of Rs 8 lakh each on their heads.
They surrendered after being disillusioned with the Naxal ideology, Kalluri said, adding that they would be provided with financial and other assistance as per the government policy.
