In a shocking incident, a
15-month-old toddler was killed after being allegedly thrashed by his father who later threw the baby on the floor.
DSP Yogesh Rolta said that the accused, Desh Raj, a resident of Chokria village, has been arrested.
Heena Kumari, mother of the 15-month-old boy Rajan, filed a complaint with the Rajgarh police today.
"My husband got angry on a small issue, that is why Rajan was weeping and when I explained that he was hungry and needs feeding, Raj lost his temper and thrashed the baby and threw him on the floor of the house," she alleged.
Rajan received a head injury and died on the spot.
A case has been registered under section 302 (murder) of IPC and investigations have begin after conducting the post-mortem of the deceased, police said.
