Sources close the former couple say there are no direct co-parenting discussions. Everything regarding Suri -- visitation, child-rearing -- is handled through intermediaries, reported TMZ.
There are bad feelings on both sides, and no desire on either Cruise, 52, or Holmes' part to mend fences, the sources said.
Holmes, 36, is apparently dissatisfied with Cruise's involvement in Suri's life, that it has not been enough.
