Two car jacking incidents in Greater Noida

Two incidents of carjacking and robbery have been reported from Pari chowk area, police said today.
According to police, in first incident, a Delhi resident was robbed off his car after some men took lift from him while he was returning home.
Delhi-resident Abdul Rizvan had gone to Greater Noida last night to meet his relatives. While returning home, around 8.30 PM, some men took lift from him near pari chowk.
After travelling some distance, the men overpowered him at gun-point and robbed his the car after forcing him to alight near Gaur City in Bisrakh area, they said, adding he somehow reached police station and lodged an FIR.
In the second incident, Ghaziabad resident Charanjit Singh, a construction businessman, had come to Greater Noida last night for some business, when a car followed him near Pari chowk.
The car overtook him near Jagat farm car and forced him to stop his vechile, police said.
They allegedly overpowered him and took his car, but after travelling for few kilometres, Singh car broke down after which the robbers left car.
They forced Singh to board their car and in the meantime, they robbed his mobile phone and Rs 8,000 cash and later pushed him out of the car at lonely stretch near Yamuna Expressway, police said.
