Mukeem and Harun of Gharipukhta village were arrested yesterday, SHO Amerdeep said, adding they have been accused of harassing girls belonging to Purmali village.
The other two accused are absconding, police said.
The girls used to attend a college at Gharipukhta village and the accused allegedly harassed them on their way, police said.
The girls' families had registered a complaint on August 1 accusing four youths in the case. Two of them were arrested following threat by people to hold a community panchayat to press for their demand.
