"We are still not able to play to our potential but we're still hopeful of a turnaround. Two-three wins can turn the table," head coach Marco Materazzi told a news conference on the eve of their match against Atletico de Kolkata.
Materazzi admitted that conceding seven penalties from nine matches have been a cause of concern for them, who have 10 points from nine outings to lie bottom of the table.
Elano Blumer has scored four goals from nine matches so far and the coach backed his marquee player.
"Elano is having a decent run. He has four assists and four goals so far. It's not just about one player but the the whole team should come together and that should be our focus."
The Italian further condemned the terrorist attacks in French capital Paris and said a win would not only be a gift to their French defender Bernard Mendy but to the whole team.
