The woman was with an auto rickshaw driver on the night of May 19 at an isolated area in the city when three youths came on a bike and allegedly raped her after beating the driver, Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph said.
The three also snatched their mobile phones and Rs 700 cash.
After the incident, the woman reached Galta Gate police station and filed a complaint.
Following the complaint, two accused Sanjay (20) and Hemant (22) were arrested while the third youth is at large, Joseph said.
