Television actor Sachin Shroff will be seen in an episode of the horror series "Darr Sabko Lagta Hai" hosted by Bipasha Basu, and according to him the reason he said yes to the show was the uniqueness.
"I chose to be a part of 'Darr Sabko Lagta Hai' because it was very different from the regular horror shows and it has some eerie feeling about it. It was supposed to be shot in a film format and I was pretty excited about that," Sachin said in a statement here.
He will be seen playing the role of Alex, an NRI who brings his family to a remote Indian village where he was born. But once Alex comes back, he is forced to confront his past that he has kept hidden from his family. Along with his past, he must face some supernatural incidents that threaten the life of his daughter.
"I believe in the supernatural (powers) because if there is good, there is bad. If there is God, there is evil. I haven't seen anything of that sort but I would never say that the supernatural power doesn't exist," Sachin said.
The episode was shot on the outskirts of the city.
"The sets and all the locations we shot in were eerie places. The places we shot in were creepy. I was scared to get out of the sets as we were surrounded by jungles," he added.
The series showcases a different story for each episode with different directors helming it. Actress Bipasha Basu hosts the show and narrates the stories.
"Darr Sabko Lagta Hai" is a horror fictional television series aired on &TV.
