The son of the singer's ex-wife Tameka Foster is in critical condition in Atlanta after being struck by someone riding a jet ski, reported TMZ online.
"Kyle was sitting on an inner tube on Lake Lanie, a reservoir in northern Georgia, when he was hit on the head. Kyle was unresponsive when he was rescued from the water, and according to the website is still unresponsive and remains in critical condition," a source said.
Usher, 33, split from Foster back in 2009, with their divorce being finalised later that year.
The superstar singer is said to have chartered a plane for his ex-wife, who was out of town, to be at her son's bedside.
Foster, who has two children with the singer, Usher Raymond VI, four and three-year-old Naviyd Ely Raymond, was extremely thankful for the gesture and rushed immediately to be with her son.
Kyle is one of two sons Foster had with Atlanta clothier Ryan Glover.
