Was a dream come true to be praised by Salman Khan: Himansh

For debutante actor Himansh Kohli, it was like a dream come true to share a platform with superstar Salman Khan who praised for his work in his upcoming film 'Yaariyan'.
Himansh along with co-star Rakul Preet Singh and director Divya Khosla Kumar recently visited the reality show 'Bigg Boss' to promote 'Yaariyan'.
"It was a dream moment to go to 'Bigg Boss'. It is the dream of a newcomer to see a star like Salman praising your work. I am following him since childhood and it is a dream come true for me," Himansh said.
"Also, on social networking sites, celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and others have praised the film. They said the trailer looks fresh, the film look vibrant and colourful. It feels good when such stalwarts see your work on screen and compliment the film," he said at a promotional event of the film at Essel World last evening.

The actor has been popular as Raghav Oberio of Channel V daily soap 'Humse Hai Life'.
"This experience from TV to films is good. When I started with TV, I always used to think when I will get a film, I wanted to act in films. By going from TV to Bollywood I have moved one step further. Both the medium are same," Himansh said.

Besides Himansh, Rakul Preet Singh, Shreyas Pardiwalla and Dev Sharma were present at the event and expressed happiness with the response their film got from the audience.
People remember the songs and dance steps. It is good that youth is responding to the film. It is heartening, they said.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, 'Yaariyan', marking the directorial debut of his wife Kumar, is a contemporary and youthful film. It releases on January 10 next year.
