Unidentified persons, masquerading as policemen, kidnapped a businessman and his son from Bhawani bazaar in Bihar's Purnia district, police said today.
The businessman and his son identified as Madhav Mahto and Rinku Mahto were asked by 'men in cop's uniform' to accompany them to police station and sped to some unknown destination, Deputy Superintendent of Police Damdaha Sanjeev Kumar Prabhat said.

The search operation is on to free the businessman and his son from kidnappers clutch, the DSP said.
