Woman attempts suicide after boyfriend leaks photos

A 38-year-old woman, who is separated from her husband, attempted suicide by consuming some chemical at Ramabhadrapuram area in Vizianagaram district after her lover allegedly leaked their intimate photographs to his friends, police said today.
The woman has a 15-year-old daughter from her marriage, but has been staying separately after separating from her husband.
Police said the woman had gone to her boyfriend G Srinu's house ten days back and they became intimate when he allegedly videographed their private moments with his mobile phone.
A few days back Srinu allegedly forwarded the pictures to his friends.
Upset over this, the woman gulped some chemical last night. She was rushed to a government hospital and her condition is stated to be stable.

A case has been registered against Srinu under appropriate sections of IPC and IT Act, who is yet to be arrested.
