Youth killed by friends in Ghaziabad

A 26-year-old youth was killed allegedly by his friends, all of whom were in an inebriated state, after an argument broke between them in Tulsi Niketan area of Sahibabad, police said today.
The incident took place last night when an argument broke out between Sunny and Sonu following which two other friends, who supported Sonu, thrashed the victim and fled from the spot, leaving him bleeding profusely, SHO Sahibabad Upendra Yadav said.
All of them, including the deceased, were under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Upon receiving information, police reached the spot and rushed Sunny to GTB hospital in East Delhi where he succumbed to his injuries.

"We are investigating the case. The culprits will be nabbed soon," the officer said.
