Himachal Pradesh is set to achieve the goal of universalisation of primary education, following efforts to provide a primary school at a distance of less than 1.5 km, Chief Minister V B Singh said after inaugurating the Rs 1.27 crore water supply scheme at Dhansa village in Shimla district on Sunday.
