Four steel companies that have projects lined up in Orissa have joined hands with Ircon International Ltd, a subsidiary of Indian Railways, to complete the Rs 401 crore Daitari-Banspani rail line, considered vital for transport of Iron ore from ore-rich north-western part of the state to the coastal areas where their plants are coming up.
