3i Infotech, provider of IT solutions and product, announced that it will set up wholly owned business process outsourcing subsidiary. All the BPO businesses of the firm would be managed through 3i Infotech BPO.
“This would enable us to offer the complete range of business process services to our clients and leverage the growth opportunity in BPO, which is experiencing a new upsurge of activity in the domestic market,” said Anirudh Prabhakaran, executive director and president, South Asia, 3i Infotech.
