Wipro, India's third-largest software exporter, announced the launch of its global service management centre (GSMC) in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The centre will cater to the infrastructure and application management service requirements of customers across the ASEAN region through a remote service delivery model.The key services rendered from the centre would include data centre management, network management, call centre technology management, business service management, managed security services and end user support services."Asia Pacific is a focus market for us and we are pleased to launch the Kuala Lumpur GSMC. It will bring us closer to our customers in the ASEAN region," said Thandava Murthy, chief executive, professional services division, Wipro Infotech.
