What stands out is the modern weaponry and intelligence systems steering the conflict.
From artificial intelligence-powered drones to precision-strike missiles, technology continues to redefine attack and defence in this conflict, offering a glimpse into the future of modern warfare.
The first picture showcases the US Navy sailors recently moving the beyond-visual-range air-to-air missile, a highly sophisticated, high-tech weapon towards Iran on aircraft carrier USS Gerald R Ford during the Operation Epic Fury against Iran from an undisclosed location.

This Boeing aircraft is a long-range heavy bomber capable of carrying both nuclear and conventional weapons.

A member of a multiple-launch rocket system family, HIMARS is a highly mobile artillery system capable of carrying a six guided multiple launch rockets, two precision-strike missiles or one army tactical missile system.
The Israeli ballistic missile, Blue Sparrow (PHOTO: Israeli Air Force) Setting the tone of the conflict is the next picture of Blue Sparrow, the ballistic missile used by Israel during the coordinated airstrike that reportedly killed Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on February 28. Developed by Rafael Advanced Defence Systems, the missile exits and re-enters the upper atmosphere, giving enemy air defences very little time to respond. It can adjust its path and manoeuvre during descent, making interception difficult.
Hermes 900 used by Israel against Iran (PHOTO: ELBIT System) Fifth is the picture of the Hermes 900 strategic unmanned aerial vehicle, an Elbit manufactured drone used by Israel against Iran. The drone is built to provide real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities over vast areas. The fourth-generation Khorramshahr ballistic missile called Kheibar, featured in the last picture, was used by Iran in strikes against the US and Israel. Developed by Iran’s defence industry, this missile is designed to carry conventional heavy warheads over long distances. The estimated range of this missile is around 2,000 kilometres.
