Bemco Hydraulics to foray into high-pressure pumps & valves business
The company is forming a JV with Jagdish Joshi, who holds the expertise in the field, for the foray
BS B2B Bureau Mumbai The Belgaum (Karnataka) based Bemco Hydraulics Ltd is foraying into specialised pumps and valves manufacturing business through a joint venture. Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company on January 06, 2015 has decided to form a subsidiary company to undertake manufacture of specialised kind of high-pressure pumps and valves along with Jagdish Joshi, who holds the expertise in the field. While Bemco’s investment in the JV would be 80% in the form of working capital & infrastructure, Jagdish Joshi’s 20% investment will be in the form of technology & design.
