UK MHRA inspects Sharon Bio-Medicine's plant in Uttarakhand
A team from the UK drug regulator conducted inspection for GMP at the company's recently expanded formulation plant in Uttarakhand
The UK Medicine & Health Care Product Regulatory Agency (UK MHRA) team has conducted the inspection for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at Sharon Bio-Medicine Ltd's recently expanded formulation plant at Selaqui, Uttarakhand.
The intimation from the authorities is expected to be received by November 2014.
Sharon Bio-Medicine recently undertook expansion work at this plant to double its production capacity.
The company has already received an approval from UKMHRA team for GMP for tablets and capsules for its existing formulation plant located at Selaqui.
