Initial public issue of 32,30,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Eventions Limited (Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 118 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 108 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 38.12 Crores of which up to 1,62,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 118 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 108 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.91 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 30,68,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 118 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 36.21 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.51% and 25.18% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 118 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is 11.80 times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can be made for a minimum of two lot (lot size consist of 2,400 equity shares each) and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.

Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by the Company. Investment in Subsidiary. To meet working capital requirements. General Corporate Purpose.
