New Delhi, Nov 17 (ANI): Politicians gave mixed reactions to Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar's 'controversial' interview to a news channel in Pakistan in which he said that relations between India and Pakistan could only progress if Prime Minister Narendra Modi was removed from office. While BJP spokesman Sambit Patra smelt a conspiracy, NCP leader Majid Memon said that Aiyar as a citizen of a democratic India was free to express his views and could not be termed anti-national just because he had aired his views in Pakistan. Congress leader P L Punia said Aiyar's views were his own and not that of the party and would like to see if the Prime Minister responds.
