New Delhi, July 20 (ANI): After the second round of counting for the 14th President of India was completed, Lok Sabha Secretary General Anoop Mishra announced that NDA's candidate Ramnath Kovind was leading with 1,389 votes with value of 479,585 while Meira Kumar was lagging behind with 576 votes with value of 20,4594. Counting of votes for the 14th President of India began in the national capital on Thursday morning and the result is expected to be out by 5pm in the evening. Former Bihar governor Ramnath Kovind and Former Lok Sabha speaker Meira Kumar fought against each other in the recently held presidential election 2017.
