I Om Prakash Mangal on behalf of Board of Directors of the Company extend a warmwelcome to all of you to this 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The AnnualReport and Audited Accounts of the company for the year ended on 31^st March2022 have been shared with you before time and I take them as read. I am sure that youwould have observed and satisfy with the good performance performed by the Company despiteof this exceptional situation of Covid-19.

The Company has not only prove by financial growth but also have satisfied customersand maintained good relation with vendors and customers. Company walk together with allthe stakeholders and with their best interest.

The company has continued to focus and build its brands products and reach. Along withthis the company has over the years established high levels of governance and financialdiscipline. We continue to stay focused on pursuing profitable growth.

The Company is extremely grateful to have a great team on the Board and executivestheir guidance support and wise counsel which helped us to steer the Company safelyduring challenging times.

I and my colleagues in the Board are also very glad to have such an excellent team ofemployees in the Company who give their best efforts to accomplish the goal of the Companyand help us to reach it to the next phase. Without them imagination of success of thecompany is not possible. Company cheers all its success with its employees too.
