On 24 December, 2013, Plastiblends India Ltd informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company has re-designated Anand Kabra from Executive Director to Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the company with effect from December 2, 2013.
Further the company has submitted to BSE a copy of the abstract and memorandum of interest circulated to members in terms of section 302 of the Companies Act 1956.
