The Company has received an intimation from its subsidiary Aeroflex Neu Limited (Formerly known as Sah Polymers Limited) regarding the allotment of 7200000 convertible warrants at Rs.90/- each. The warrants were issued to promoters and non promoters under Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 for business expansion and growth.Out of the above the Company has subscribed to 3600000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis.
