The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e on Friday November 14 2025 at the registered office of the company situated at SCO 1-5 Urbana Jalandhar Heights-II Jalandhar Punjab-144022 inter alia to transact the following businesses:1. Considered and approved the unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon.
