In terms of Regulation 30 33 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 we inform/submit that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. November 12 2025 have inter-alia considered approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30 2025 and the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon and approve publication of the Results in the newspaper.
