Pursuant to the PIT Regulations and the Banks Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading we hereby inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will be closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday January 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine months ending on December 31 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Bank for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
