Pursuant to Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that demand of Rs. 124656 was raised by Assistant Commissioner Barabanki Uttar Pradesh GST Department and the same was paid by the Company vide challan dated May 27 2025
