Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 2nd January 2026 have inter-alia transacted the following business:1. discussed raising long term fresh Equity funds amounting to Rs. 49.30 crores through a Rights Issue (2026) 2. confirmed that the Bombay Stock Exchange shall be requested to act as the Designated Stock Exchange for the purpose of the ensuring Rights Issue (2026). 3. formation of a focused Rights Issue Committee (RIC)4. Next meeting of the RIC will be held on 14th January 2026 The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:35 p.m.
