The Company is engaged in manufacturing and sales of wire ropes structural strands slings and wires which find its application in general engineering fishing elevators cranes material handling power transmission suspension bridges onshore / offshore oil exploration ports and shipping mining defence railways etc. It is engaged in the business of trading of the steel related products. The Company's existing steel wire ropes manufacturing facility with an installed capacity of 12000 MTPA is located at Atgaon. BOMBAY WIRE ROPES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve The Financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.

In Accordance with regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we hereby enclose the certificate for the quarter ended December 31 2024

With Reference to compliance with regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to Inform you that Ms Sayli Ashok Munj has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer with Effect from closing Business hours of 10th January 2025 as per her Resignation letter dated 09th January 2025.

This is to inform you that as per Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations 2015. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives will be closed from Wednesday 01st January 2025 till 48 Hours after declaration of the Financials as on Friday 07th February 2025.
