Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Bank the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for designated persons of the Bank from January 1 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31 2025.
