In terms of Reg 30 and applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we wish to inform you that the GRSE has entered a MoU with Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for the Mutual Cooperation to facilitate the Project (Setting up of a Green Field Shipyard) in the state of Andhra Pradesh on 14 Nov 2025.The Aforesaid MoU is Non Binding in Nature.
