We wish to inform that Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. December 22 2025 based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Kumar Gangwal (DIN: 00255201) as Whole Time Director in addition to his current role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. However the same is subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
