ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (ICICI AMC) subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited has been listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited effective December 19 2025.We intend to retain our majority shareholding in ICICI AMC.
