Initial public offer of up to 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Dachepalli Publishers Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 100 - Rs. 102 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 90 - Rs. 92 per equity share (the Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 39.6 - Rs. 40.39 crores (the Issue), of which 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 100 - Rs. 102 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 39.6 - Rs. 40.39 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion).
