Initial public issue of up to 32,30,400* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Eventions Limited (The Company or The Company) for cash at a price of Rs. The issue includes 1,62,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at an issue price of Rs.
