Initial public issue of up to 32,30,400* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Eventions Limited (The Company or The Company) for cash at a price of Rs. 112-118 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 102-108 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating upto Rs. 36.18-38.12 Crores (The Issue). The issue includes 1,62,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each for cash at an issue price of Rs. 112-118 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 102-108 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.81-1.91 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 30,68,400* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 112-118 per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 34.37-36.21 is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.51% and 25.18% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 112 to Rs. 118 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is 11.20 times the face value and the cap price is 11.80 times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can be made for a minimum of two lot (lot size consist of 2,400 equity shares each) and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.

Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or part, of certain borrowings availed by the Company. Investment in Subsidiary. To meet working capital requirements. General Corporate Purpose.
