Initial public offering of up to 26,284,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (Equity Shares) of HD Fire Protect Limited (The Company or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 258-271 per equity share (Including a Securities Premium Of Rs. 253-266 Per Equity Share) (the Offer Price) aggregating up to Rs. 678.14-712.31 Crore through an offer for sale (The Offer) of upto 8,983,700 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 231.78-243.46 Crore by Harish Narshi Dharamshi and up to 17,300,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 446.36-468.86 Crore by Kusum Harish Dharamshi (together, the Promoter Selling Shareholders, and such offer for sale of equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders, the Offer For Sale and such equity shares, the Offered Shares).The offer includes a reservation of up to 64,575 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each, aggregating up to Rs. 1.75 Crore (Constituting Up To[*]% Of The Post-Offer Paid-Up Equity Share Capital), for subscription by eligible employees (the Employee Reservation Portion).
