Manaksia Aluminium Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) it ishereby informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 13th February 2026 inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Result of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 (subject to prior review by the Audit Committee of the Company).
