The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of Matrimony.com Limited held today have approved grant of 18500 options to the eligible employees at Rs. 525.35 per option convertible into equal number of equity shares as per the terms and conditions of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014.
