This is with reference to our earlier corporate announcement dated May 12 2023 in which we have updated about the particulars of the implementation of the resolution plan. In this connection please note that in point no. 2 and in point no. 3 of the aforesaid announcement inadvertently we have mentioned the date of appointment and the date of deemed resignation/vacation as 4th May 2023 instead of 3rd May 2023. However it is now being rectified that the date of appointment and date of deemed resignation/vacation is 3rd May 2023.Further it is pertinent to mention here that there is no other change in the file which we have submitted on May 12 2023 except as mentioned above.
