Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 - Allotment of Warrants on Preferential BasisThis is with reference to the In-Principle Approval grated by the Stock Exchanges vide BSE Letter No. LOD/PREF/HC/FIP/1130.2025-26 dated 06-11-2025 and NSE Latter No. Nse/LIST/50700 dated 07-11-2025 the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 19-11-2025 has inter-alia has approved the allotment of 7269566 Convertible Warrants (Convertible into equivalent number of shares) at an issue price of Rs.23/- (including premium of Rs.13/-) on Preferential Basis to the Allottees uppon receipt of Rs.5.75 /- which is 25% of ISsue Price. Each Ewarrant is convertible into 1 Equity upon payment of balance of Rs.17.25/- per warrant at the time of exercising the Conversion of Warrant within a period of 18 months.Kindly tak on record the same.
