Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday 2nd February 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025 along with the Limited Review Report (on the recommendation of the Audit Committee held on same day priorto the Board Meeting).2. A copy of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025 and Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith as Annexure. The same is also being published in the Newspapers in the prescribed format.
