Referring to our letter dated 07.02.2023 regarding the Intimation of the Board Meeting to be held today and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today 14th February 2023 has inter-alia considered and<BR> approved the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022;<BR> Further pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Regulations please find enclosed<BR> herewith the following:<BR> (a) Statement of standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and<BR> nine months ended December 31 2022; and<BR> (b) Limited Review Report on the aforesaid Financial Results.<BR> <BR> The above were taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the<BR> Company held today started at 10:30 AM and concluded at 11 :15 AM.
