Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday December 24 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the proposal of fund raising by way of issuance of equity shares or any other permissible securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required.Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company continues to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine-Months ending on 31st December 2025.
